Stefanie Tietz-Jones

Welcome!

I am new to Pickens High School this year and will be teaching Biology and Environmental Science.  I spent 19 years in Cherokee County Schools where I taught science as well as German. I am an alumni of Auburn University where I received a BS in Zoology, an alumni of Kennesaw State where I received a BS in Secondary Science Education, as well as an alumni of the University of Maryland where I received a Masters in Chemical and Life Sciences. I live in Jasper on a small farm with my husband. We raise sheep and have horses for pleasure. I love traveling with my husband and playing with my grandbabies.
