Kevin Kenny
My name is Dr. Kevin Kenny, and I am teaching in Special Education this year as my 6th year at Pickens High School. I will be working with some great teachers, and I am excited to get this year started! In teaching, I have been a part of sciences for the most part teaching physical science, chemistry, environmental science, earth systems and anatomy and physiology. One year, I was a health teacher as my undergraduate degree is in Health and Physical Education from East Carolina University. The Dr. part of my name comes from a doctorate in Chiropractic and I have spent some years as a practicing chiropractor. Jasper is my home now and I love living in this part of Georgia! I have 3 grown kids who all have attended the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs) and a wonderful wife and best friend who has been a nurse all of her career, including 7 years in the U.S. Air Force!
