Sue Gibbons
Hello, my name is Sue Gibbons. I am the Culinary Arts Instructor here at Pickens High School. The 2023-2024 school year will be my 29th year teaching, all 29 years have been spent at Pickens High School. I am a life long resistant of Pickens County and a graduate of Pickens High. I have a Bachelors of Science in Family and Consumer Science from the University of Georgia. I earned my Masters and added a teaching certification from Berry College in Family and Consumer Science. I also have a Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont College, finally, I add a Culinary Arts Endorsement to my teaching certificate.
I look forward to getting to know my students this year. My husband, Mike, and I have one son, Charlie, who will be a senior at Pickens High School this year.
